Employment History
March 2016- August 2016System Soft Technologies, Tampa FLAsset Extraction AnalystExtract and assess geospatial data to provide the Department of Transportation analysis of their infrastructure. Using the software programs such as ArcMap, Earth Shaper to process the data that was collected. Also I have been trained in HR Recruiting, looking at resumes of potential candidates using the program software Smart Search and also Sharepoint and screening them based on the current position openings the companies have. Schedule and attend the interviews and keep in touch with candidate throughout the process.
August 2015 - February 2016American Power and Gas, Seminole FLBilingual Customer Service Representative took incoming calls from customers concerned about their bills, also made outbound calls for when there is a request to submit an investigation when a customer is disputing any charges as well as enrolling into the service. A lot of Data Entry, filling and clerical work. I also took the Spanish calls and kept track of the company's Bilingual Voicemail Box and also I cancelled accounts and would send electronic updates to the Utility Companies. 

June 2012 - June 2015Macy's Credit Customer Service, Clearwater FLI was a Bilingual Consumer Credit Specialist, I took incoming call handing the customers that were in collections and that were reported to the Credit Bureaus. Go over their income and credit history to see if the customers are eligible on obtaining a credit limit increase or an upgrade to the American Express portion of the Macy’s credit card. I would send the electronic updates to the Credit Bureaus the update the clients’ accounts and made out going calls to the customer for followup. Also I was in charge of sending reports on our incoming and outgoing faxes to keep track of every single one for our records. I would use the software programs Mainframe, PeopleSoft, Experian, Transunion, and also Equifax.
March 2010 - May 2012Payless ShoeSource, Largo FLWorking as a sales assistant manager I answered phones, handled the customer that came for a specific shoe, data entry as well as filling out reports at the end of each day of our status. Keeping track of out Monthly earnings and loses by creating a spreadsheet.
