Summary:
The Mortgage Warehouse Collateral Specialist will receive incoming warehouse lending collateral, process note shipment requests, maintain a tidy and accurate collateral vault, and build strong relationships with the Warehouse Lending clients.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Receive and log FEDEX and UPS incoming packagesQuality Control collateral and mark notes Dry in Warehouse Lending SystemContact clients with any collateral issuesPrint Bailee Letter from Warehouse Lending System and print appropriate shipping label from UPS sitePrepare and endorse allongesPackage Notes and place appropriately for pickupReconcile the Vault weekly, to ensure information in Warehouse Lending System matches physical notes on site.
Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures.
Respond to clients' requests for more information or requests on the status of shipments and collateral issues.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Collateral Manager.

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Basic skills in Office Suite-Word, Outlook, Excel required.
Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
Prior mortgage experience preferred.
Detail oriented and strong critical thinking skills required.
