Customer Experience Marketing Manager
Clearwater, Florida
In this highly visible position, you will champion improvements to the company's processes with a goal of delivering the best moving and storage experience possible for their customers. As a key member of the marketing team, you'll work across functions, businesses and systems to drive incremental and systemic change, using VOC, continuous improvement and a solid understanding of relevant business systems. The successful candidate will possess a positive outlook, and a proven ability to help others envision the perfect customer experience and execute accordingly.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Economics, Operations, Accounting or Marketing, and possess 3 to 7 years of experience improving the customer experience. You should be a master of customer-issue solutions and come from a background that's heavy in customer initiative implementation. A strong ability to collect, analyze customer satisfaction data and metrics, along with a demonstrated ability to drive decisions based on metrics, are key. VOC/NPS/VFAT experience is a huge plus; B2C experience from a service-related industry (airlines, car rental, cruise lines, hotel) is highly preferred. Six sigma, root-cause analysis and Pareto experience would be advantageous, but is not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
