Job Description: The Inside Account Manager serves as the main liaison between customers and the company's team. Responsibilities include providing full customer assistance, training, and maintenance for accounts assigned. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Other responsibilities include:
Assist customers to complete efficient integration to the company's system
Discuss customer details to help evaluate the initial set up and all needs of the customer to recommend the proper products and filters
Provide Analytics resources specific details to create and improve Control Files that address the specific needs of the customer
Maintain and organize customer files; Ensure all requested user IDs, accounts, locations that are needed are created in a timely manner and legal contracts are signed appropriately
Conduct ongoing training sessions with the customer to assist in understanding the system, accessing and pulling necessary reports, and customer is aware of the proper use of site features and processes
Work with the customer LMS (Loan Management system) and Analytics for Loan Outcomes/Loan Reporting files
Monitor approval rates and advise on possible Control File changes based on findings
Monitor product filter performance to ensure they are functioning as requested
Maintain an ongoing relationship with the customer to inform of new products, services, and performance improvement opportunities
Answer advanced questions about the system, products, or system updates
Communicate to customer outages or problems during any system downtime along with system updates
Maintain a high level of customer focus and complete ownership of the customer relationship at all times
Complete appropriate research and communicate resolution to customer, maintaining communication trail
Hours: Day shift. 40 hrs/wk.
Pay: $34,000-$38,000 per year. DOE.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
