Legal department of a Clearwater financial services organization with national reach is searching for an additional corporate attorney. We are seeking a Florida attorney with at least seven years of experience in areas of entity formations and maintenance, general business transactions, secured lending, commercial law and securities (private placements). Experience in one or some combination of these areas will be considered. Substantial experience with Delaware law would be a plus.
The right attorney candidate will have an interest in contributing to business development efforts and operations. This is an exceptional in-house job opportunity for attorney candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in a fluid, dynamic and creative entrepreneurial work environment.
Undergraduate and law degrees, as well as admission to the Florida Bar, or other state bar membership and Florida Authorized In-House Counsel Certification required.
Part time/flex hours will definitely be considered for the right prospect.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
