HVAC service and

. HVAC technicians work under the direction of the HVAC Manager and Supervisor: performs repairs of HVAC equipment.
A HVAC Technician II performs maintenance and service on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Able to work with a variety of basic tools.
Able to supply tools that are safe and in working order.
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of truck.
Responsible for stocking of truck and care of parts requested for
jobs
.
All other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
Must have the following in order to apply:
Must have High School Diploma/ Technical School Certificate
Must have five years experience in the field
Must have driver's license and clean driving records
EPA certification required
Must have tools
Must be authorized to work in USA
Preferred Skills: NATE preferred.
Required Screenings: Criminal background check (State) as far back as seven years. Education, SS# and DMV records checks. Pre-employment drug testing. Random drug screening. Drug free workplace. (Staff see background 02-21-2014).
Work Environment & Dress Code: Traveling to job sites, mostly within Pinellas County, uniforms provided, lifting, ladders.
Days & Hours: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm. 40 hours per week.
Pay: $16.00 per hour. DOE.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
