Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a busy environment, while identifying the best critical path.
Be flexible/ adaptable - in order to support your team members throughout the day.
Assist in Shipping & Receiving, as well as administrative work if needed.
Gather parts/units, tools and/or material from inventory list.
Follow detailed instructions and guidelines in assembly operations.
Assemble systems to current assembly procedures, layouts and parts lists.
Use small hand tools for assembly process.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow safety standards / company policy.
Wear safety glasses and other protective gear when required.
Requirements:
You must always come to the table with an open mind.
Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be able to exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Must have experience with a variety of hand tools.
Ability to read and comprehend English.
Ability to comprehend written assembly instructions.
Able to perform mechanical assembly of products.
Able to use epoxy and RTV or any adhesives as needed.
