We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
This is a full-time position with varying office hours.
We are a catering company, open 7 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties, not limited to, filing, data entry, and event inventory - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Provide excellent customer support and assist visitors as needed - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with event planning and coordination - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) on Apple Computers - Familiarity with accounting - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is beneficial - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
