YOUR MISSION The duties of a receptionist consist of answering the incoming calls in a friendly and upbeat manner and passing the calls according to our protocols.
It's a rewarding position and there's never a dull moment! The basic duties consist of taking incoming calls and passing them to the intended recipients swiftly and with minimal hold time.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Natural-sounding and pleasant phone voice Able to switch gears quickly depending on call volume Able to handle any type of callers with grace and ease and get them to the person who will help them.
Able to get along with others easily, as you'd be working with other Receptionists and also the Sales team and entire staff of Home Love Construction.
No Construction or Receptionist experience needed.
We will train you! WORK HOURS This is a full-time, in office position.
Monday - Friday from 8am -4pm.
COMPENSATION Pay is $17-$22 per hour.
