What we're looking for:
Stoneshill Production is searching for a production assistant to support all production needs for upcoming live conference events.
Primary duties of this role include running cables, setting up equipment, running materials during the event and being available as a stagehand.
Punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge of film / tech industries are greatly preferred.
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a keen attention to detail and great listening skills.
Production assistants will work on set and minimal lifting will be required.

Responsibilities:
? Support all areas of production before, during, and after conference ? Coordinate and communicate with fellow production staff ? Transporting equipment ? Preparing and packing items ? Setting up cables and equipment ? Protecting the set from the public (lock down) ? Cleaning the set and packing up equipment ? Assists in the production of live events ? Works closely with entire crew to ensure smooth running of events ? Willing to take feedback and handle deliverables in real time ? Help ensure smooth operations while on set ? Organize equipment and other conference-related items Skills and
Qualifications:
? Ability to stand for long periods of time ? Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs ? Knowledge of film equipment and terminology ? Strong communication skills ? Keen attention to detail ? Great multitasking skills ? Punctual and easy to work with ? Preferred qualifications ? Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities ? Resourcefulness and critical thinking skills ?
