Responsibilities:
- An understanding of all plumbing services for commercial property.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including reading and interpreting schematics - Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems.
