Summary:
The Operations Assistant position is responsible for assisting the Director, ITSO with the successful completion of operations type duties including facilities support, performing security duties, and assisting with the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) Job Classification:

Director, ITSO Minimum Requirements:
Education, Experience and/or Knowledge High school diploma Associates Degree (Preferred) The ability to hold a Florida State Security Guard Class D license 3 years of experience as an assistant Knowledge of security operations Excellent planning and organization skills Possess excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Available for weekends (sporadic) Impeccable attention to detail Strong data entry skills Superb time-management and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure Ability to manage multiple priorities & channels at once Able to pass a criminal background check and Drug screening You thrive in a fast-paced environment Additional Eligibility
Qualifications:
A valid Florida Driver's License is required.
Successful Completion of a State and Federal FDLE Level 2 Background Screening.
Must attain a CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist the ITSO with all tasks, including facility support, training, and security Multitask across multiple projects, triaging as necessary to ensure success Assist in the day-to-day operational oversight of location operations including cleaning oversight, security setup, running security drills, routing, scheduling, and training in all LiFT Inc locations, will also assist with the National School Lunch program Will perform other duties as assigned by the ITSO Travel:
Some local travel/driving as required.
