We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project plans being executed, manage relationships with subcontractors, and make sure deadlines for projects are met.
Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects, making sure plans are followed and deadlines are met.
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields.
Familiarity with construction management software.
Strong leadership qualities.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Ethical and fun to be around! WORK HOURS:
Full-time in-office or on-site.
Day to day will vary.
Monday - Friday from 8-4 pm.
