Position Overview:
360 Eats is seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to the Executive Director.
This role involves diverse responsibilities, including administrative tasks, fundraising support, grant assistance, social media management, and the creation of marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of handling various responsibilities with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Key
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support (8 hours/week):
Assist the Executive Director in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintain organized records, databases, and files.
Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar.
Fundraising Support (3 hours/week):
Assist in planning and organizing fundraising events.
Assist in coordinating donation campaigns.
Sustain ongoing communication with donors and oversee the acknowledgment of their contributions.
Social Media Support (5 hours/week):
Manage and update social media platforms with relevant content.
Collaborate with the Executive Director to enhance online presence.
Marketing Materials (3 hours/week):
Create engaging marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, and presentations.
Ensure branding consistency across all materials.
Volunteer Communication and Calendar Management (1 hour/week):
Communicate with volunteers to ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities.
Help maintain a volunteer calendar to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Additional Note:
The successful candidate must understand that 360 Eats is a startup organization, and as such, they may be required to contribute to tasks outside of their normal job responsibilities.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges are essential qualities for this role.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative roles or relevant fields.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Canva or similar applications.
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Experience in fundraising and/or donor management is a plus.
Experience in social media marketing is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Passion for our mission to reduce food waste and alleviate food insecurity.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
