Construction Project Manager

The individual we select will have extensive experience as a Construction Project Manager.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage all construction activities and coordinate work and schedules with project team and subcontractors.
Review engineering & architectural drawings and specifications to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and schedules.
Assist the Superintendent where needed, leaving enough latitude for their style and skill setEnsure all project documentation is completed in a timely and professional mannerEffectively communicate with the Owner, Architect, and SubcontractorsMaintain and coordinate all project correspondence, required paperwork, documentation, notices, RFI's, RFQs, Change Orders, etc.
Finish projects on or under budget.
