We are currently in search of a compassionate and dependable individual to join our weekend team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcome and greet all visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
Handle all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and redirect them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients promptly and accurately.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Address visitor inquiries and concerns promptly by escalating issues to the appropriate personnel as needed.
