The newly hired Partner will inherit strong performing operational teams at both locations, allowing for focus on continuous improvement in sales, customer satisfaction, community engagement, and operations.
The qualified GM will report directly to franchise ownership and run the restaurants as if they are their own - a forward thinker; making sound short and long-term business decisions and being committed to the success of everyone around them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building sales via traditional marketing, community outreach, and creating a consistent pipeline of catering and event orders.
Must be experienced with team member and leadership coaching/development with a track record of building leadership teams from within.

The following responsibilities will fall under the manager's ownership/oversight:
Cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant by providing direction to staff and actively coaching, when necessary Interact and build rapport with customers, especially regulars Provide direction to team in order to meet standards of customer service, cleanliness, quality, safety, efficiency, etc.
Manage health inspection process and take ownership of remediation of any deficiencies Set employee schedule Set team goals and individual goals that contribute to the team goals Hire, onboard, train, coach, and terminate employees Understand each team member's goals and define a plan to help them achieve Manage employee performance reviews Manage employee recognition program Actively coach and guide team to achieve stronger results (continuous improvement) Order all perishable, non-perishable, and paper/plastic goods Order employee uniforms and restaurant supplies Manage Month End Inventory Implement workarounds and provide team coaching to maintain smooth operations during system downtime.
Maintain labor rates within pre-defined thresholds Maintain Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) within pre-defined thresholds Create and execute long-term action plan to improve financials Ensure all store equipment, fixtures, and furniture is kept in good working order Escalate all costly maintenance issues to ownership in a prompt manner Identify capital improvements and provide recommendations to ownership Identify marketing opportunities and provide recommendations to ownership Determine effective and efficient community outreach campaigns Proactively solicit for event and catering opportunities Provide timely response (within 24 hrs) to customer complaints and feedback Other responsibilities as needed If you are looking for a position that offers advancement opportunities for a franchise group looking to grow multiple locations, this is the job you have been looking for!
