Summary:
The job of the Expeditor/Data Entry Clerk will be to assist with purchasing activities to include expediting and tracking orders, coordinating material transfers between vendors and the plant, data entry of completed order and other duties as they arise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and does not prescribe or restrict additional tasks that may be assigned.
The Expeditor/Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for:
Assisting the Purchasing Director in entering and updating existing orders, expediting orders that require earlier ship dates, placing order, and entering completed projects into the master data base.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree); and/or 1-3 months related experience, technical school, certification and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and the Internet Ideally candidate would have some background in manufacturing and industrial products.
Must have good communication skills.
Must have good judgment.
Must be able to work closely with a diverse group of people.
PAY AND
Benefits:
$21.
00 - $24.
00 to start (DOE) Full benefits package after full time hire This is not a remote position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
