00 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Car Wash Attendant Sunshine Car Wash is looking for Full-time & Part-Time Car Wash Attendants for our location in Clearwater, FL to start for the daytime shifts during the week, and weekends.
Wash attendants are responsible for performing the daily operation practices of the car wash facility.
Attendants are to ensure we are consistently delivering on Great Customer Service, Perfectly Clean Vehicle, and the Cleanest, Most Attractive Business in the community.
Compensation target:
$12.
50 per hour plus commissions as well, and potential for pay increases as experience is gained.
Additional:
Monthly commission potential.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
open availability Provide customers with an enthusiastic, friendly experience.
Be able to present and explain club membership and successfully enroll customers in the club plan.
Safely guide customers onto wash conveyor and prep vehicle before washing.
Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it into the wash.
Assist in regular scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order.
Meticulously clean the facility to include pressure washing, window washing, landscape maintenance, and trash removal.
Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied Do the right thing, at the right time, all the time.
Be proficient with all company policies and procedures.
Work as part of a team.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Work is performed outside and requires standing and other physical activities.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
Conducting all interactions with customers and fellow employees ethically.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
