Assistant Medical Director - Pediatrics Job
Summary:
Functions in accordance with plans and policies established by the Board of Directors and performs duties within the medical setting as a member of the care team providing medical care.
Provides general care for patients commensurate with training, experience, and clinical needs; to include well check visits, acute illness visits, family planning, etc.
Education & Experience Required:
Graduation from an accredited medical school Graduation from an accredited residency program Licenses, Certifications or Registration Valid and current state of Florida Medical License Valid and current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Registration Certificate Board Certified or Board Eligible in primary specialty.
If board eligible, certificate should be obtained within 1 year from start of employment Maintains Continuing Education Credits as required for licensing Maintains Basic Life Support Skills Certification Maintains Hospital Privileges at the Center's referral hospital Evara Benefits & Culture:
