Summary:
Order Pullers are responsible for pulling the correct items in correct quantities for each retail store, as indicated on the packing slips for each order.
They have good attention to detail, the ability to inspect for quality and quantity, as well as strong communication skills for notifying the line leader of issues, prior to packaging.
The Order Puller may also be responsible to perform other duties as capable and assigned.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for pulling the correct item and quantity as indicated on the packing slip Notify Line Leader of any discrepancies on pull line Perform Quality Control Inspections while pulling Package signage as required Walk pull lines assigned to ensure accuracy of orders Assemble boxes as required to complete pull Help with Prep/Fabrication and all aspects of pull Education and
Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent Experience with assembling pieced goods/Order Pulling is desirable, but not required Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Detail orientated Ability to communicate and understand instructions with minimal supervision Ability to communicate (Read, speak, write, understand) in English Understand procedures and standards set forth by company and department Ability to perform mathematical calculations Ability to pass a basic skills test Available for weekend work schedules and overtime as needed Required to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
Ability to contribute to building a strong and positive team spirit as well as align with company values Physical demands:
