Quick Apply Full-time 11 hours ago Full Job Description Assist in implementing and monitoring program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with agency and funding source requirements.
This includes all documentation of files, bookkeeping, manuals, best practices, reporting, and all policies and procedures.
Conduct staff training meetings and assist in ongoing training to meet standards for all licensing and funding sources.
Maintain required certification for all staff; CPR/First Aid, 40/20 hrs.
, and ELC requirements.
Maintain compliance with all licensing, health & safety standards, abuse laws, state and federal regulations, Health Department and Department of Children and Families regulations, grant funders, fire inspection standards, state and federal child care standards, and school boards of Pinellas counties.
Responsible for ASQ's and Teaching Strategies Gold assessments Handles and prepares program budget, attendance reports, funding reports, reimbursement requests, and childcare fee tracking, and oversees policies and procedures management and administration.
Attends Kimberly Home's monthly Director/ Administration Meeting Promotes achievement of students and agency objectives by complying with policies/procedures and directives Participates in community and state-based organizations that advocate for the welfare of preschool students and other programs.
Participates in appropriate workshops and educational forums involving preschool pecial needs children and relevant childcare and preschool issues.
Acts as liaison to continue interagency cooperation in the best interest of all programs at Kimberly Home.
Any other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Active Directors Credential Bachelor's degree in early childhood or related field (recommended) Good Communication, and knowledge of office programs and equipment.
Participates in creating a professional environment by always maintaining professional appearance and behaviors.
Continuously strives to maintain quality services by maintaining ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Follows appropriate telephone etiquette when making and receiving calls, when leaving messages or sending text messages Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
