The Role You will be responsible for reviewing our clients marketing campaigns and educating them on how each facet of their campaign with us is working.
A large part of this role includes handling cancellation requests for subscription-based products.
We want you to present the client with data to show the positive impact of their investment with the goal to get them to continue their subscription.
There will be opportunities to sell additional products or services that may enhance the client's ROI.

Your Day-to-Day at PostcardMania Quick daily meeting with our team to start the day Creating effective follow up strategy and executing on that strategy within your customer base Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly performance metrics Educating yourself on your market and its nuances to gain business knowledge through research and intelligence gathering Organize data, clean up pipeline, and produce weekly reporting Basic Qualifications Ethical and fun to be around!
