Quick Apply Full-time 10 hours ago Full Job Description The HR Manager will partner with company leadership to make human resources related decisions to maintain positive employment relationships and hiring new talent.
This position will be responsible for all general human resources duties to include recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, performance reviews, training, and manufacturing safety.
Prepare, maintain and follow the drug free workplace, job descriptions, job documentation, job evaluation, training matrices, org chart, employee roster, OSHA logs and all HR SOP's and work instructions.
Recruit and on-boarding of all new employees both temps and full-time including training schedule.
Maintain and manage all employee personnel, medical and training files, I-9s, Boyd driver's list in coordination with the insurance broker/company.
Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll.
Liaison with ADP total source for disciplinary actions, leadership training, FLMA, unemployment claims and other items.
Coordinates the annual performance and merit system, and benefits compliance reporting and communication.
Participate and drive safety; safety inspections, incident investigation, hurricane prep, manage W/C claims, assist employees through the W/C process.

Administration of employee recognition program, SPARC, anniversary, birthday, and wellness programs.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate degree and 3 to 4 years of experience in human resources function or equivalent combination of education and experience in office and administration background of 3 to 5 years' experience.
Manufacturing environment very helpful.
