This position is responsible for creating a positive experience by providing a superior level of customer service to patients, clients, prospective clients, and network providers.
The Care Coordinator will coordinate service inquires while maintaining excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients Assist patients and clients via phone, email, text, and fax in a communication center environment Maintains excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community Always maintains patient and family confidentiality Provides a supportive atmosphere to persons seeking information and assist with program information Continually builds trust with community partners Promotes Leadership and Teamwork Minimum Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED Excellent verbal and written and communication skills Excellent typing and computer skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Knowledge of HIPPA compliance regulations Basic knowledge of medical terminology Basic knowledge of healthcare reimbursement Quick Apply.
