Looking for a highly relational advocate with a passion to get the elderly the help they desperately need.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a faithful, able and teachable professional that we can develop into a leader of Patient Concierge's by example.
A passionate professional to help us treat our patients and staff with a Biblical view and assist in growing our small practice into 12 divisions.
DUTIES Schedule care in retirement communities with previously established relationships.
Interview family members of patient to include them in the rehab process.
Schedule follow-up with existing patients.
Build and maintain relationships with retirement community staff.
Administration/Marketing duties to support above.
Patient, family and professional contact by phone, email, fax, and video conference.
SKILLS NEEDED Logical (common sense) Thinker.
Clear Communicator with the elderly through telephone and virtual means.
Relational - helps patient get what they need by asking and listening.
Advocate - speaks up for and follow through on promises for patients care.
Positive can-do attitude.
POSITION INFORMATION Full-Time:
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.

Downtown Clearwater office location.
Training provided.
Salary
Bonus $50-$65,000 based on skill and effectiveness.
