We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Clearwater, Florida (US-FL), United States (US). Job Level Specific Duties Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the appropriate lifecycle phases for implementation and support for one large or multiple medium projects Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives Defines and implements project and program management standards and processes Accountable for ensuring that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules. This includes requirement documents, functional and technical design documents, test plans, etc. Proactively identifies and manages project risks and dependencies and raises awareness around projects across the portfolio. Responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and clear communication is provided to our all project stakeholders. Accountable for and leads other project managers on highly complex projects. Has extensive interaction with senior leadership within the customer. Determines and coordinates the sharing of leveraged resources among projects. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for project management process improvements. Responsible for developing, refining, and monitoring the project budgets throughout the project life cycles. Manages budgets to hours and dollar allocations to the approved amounts in accordance with financial processes. Preferred Skills:
Formal PMO experience (gating process, project financials, peer reviews, Clarity, Planview) Experience running Application projects Experience running IT Infrastructure and security projects Experience designing and implementing IT Disaster Recovery plans Self-Motivated individual who can function independently without any guidance PMP certification Basic Qualifications Minimum 5 years PM experience
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
