The Global Incentive Compensation Director will be responsible for the design and development of annual executive, sales and business incentive compensation programs. Working with the sales and business leaders, this position is responsible for managing the annual design and any applicable mid-year adjustments, kickers, spiffs or other incentive-related activities. The Director will assure plans are properly coordinated and communicated to the Finance team and others responsible for the administration and calculation of all variable pay programs. This position will also participate in the research, analysis, costing and any other activities related to the development, revision, and implementation of incentive plans. The Director will also assure plans are designed to attain business objectives and in a manner that maintains an appropriate competitive position in the marketplace. The Director will work closely with the VP, Compensation & Benefits to ensure consistency with company compensation philosophy and other compensation programs and initiatives. Responsibilities Provide leadership across the business on the review and development of line of business incentive programs; linking programs to overall compensation philosophy and applicable financial goals Determine positions and departments where incentive programs will be effective in accomplishing the overall corporate strategy Collect data and work with the regional compensation leaders to review the current state of the competitive positioning of the company's variable compensation plans Provide recommendations to upper management on changes to the company's variable compensation strategy Partner with Finance to create models to project the effectiveness of newly designed compensation programs Provide detailed analysis to upper management on incentive plan effectiveness and measure variances from established projections and metrics Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales Management to provide solutions relating to strategic sales initiatives and related variable compensation needs Partner with the broader Compensation team, HR, Finance, and business partners to effectively communicate and assure participants understand how they are being rewarded. Work with business owners and sponsors to establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of newly developed incentive programs Conduct annual re-approval of existing metrics if overall plan design is not changing. Ensure that incentive compensation remains competitive and equitable throughout the organization Communicate and coordinate with Finance and others determining incentive plan results and performing the actual incentive plan calculations Development of plan documents and appropriate communication including any necessary training. Evaluate and streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of plan administration Provide analysis to management to facilitate decision-making Work within established departmental budget Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Experience designing multiple types of incentive compensation plans including, executive, sales and broad-based incentive compensation plans in a global company A good understanding of incentive market practice plus the impact of incentives on co-worker behavior and performance Ability to collaborate and operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement actions required to achieve functional goals Strong problem solving skills Exceptional ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. Able to converse and write effectively in English. Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed. Able to interact effectively with all levels of management. Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Required Educational:
Bachelor Degree; Master degree a plus Compensation Certifications (CCP, CSCP, GRP) a plus Previous
Experience:
8 - 10 years of previous incentive plan design experience Cultural Competency Requirements:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
