Residential Construction Estimator
Arthur Rutenberg Homes is seeking a member for our Purchasing Support Group for an immediate employment opportunity in our Clearwater, Florida office.
This person will be responsible for creating cost estimates for our standard plans as well as preparing budgets for homes sold to customers.
Ideal candidate should possess the qualities of a self motivator.
Must be able to work independently, multi-task, and be a highly organized individual.
Residential construction estimating or residential construction purchasing experience is required.
Knowledge of Timberline Estimating Software and the ability to use specialized business software applications is a must.
Candidates should possess knowledge of materials, methods and costs involved in the construction of residential single family homes, be proficient in math, possess good communication skills, and have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
