Senior Software Developer - Backend (Ruby on Rails, Java)

At ThreatTrack we are developing the infrastructure to allow our clients to manage their diverse end points through Cloud based services. We have an existing service to manage a mobile app for consumers and the integration of mobile devices for our business clients. We are now moving on to provide consumers with an integrated approach to managing their devices. In addition we are working to provide business users with seamless management of their end points from where ever they happen to be at any given time.
Required
Qualifications:
Significant experience with Ruby on Rails 3. This should include taking a project from conception to production and real world management of the infrastructure.
Significant skills/experience with Java. This should include taking a project from conception to production and real world management of the infrastructure.
Dev. Ops. Experience in a high throughput production environment.
Linux administration and Ubuntu
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Related to the above experience troubleshooting in a production environment.
Solid understanding of Restful and HTTP interfaces.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work as a team member supporting the full development/testing/release process.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively to provide effective and efficient solutions to improve the customer experience.
