Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Job Type: Full-time in-person position.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Responsibilities Include:
Assessing patients in need of rehabilitation services
Providing direct patient care to evaluate their medical condition and functional capabilities.
Establishing and administering treatment programs with specific goals based on patients' capacity and tolerance, under the direction of a physician.
Setting realistic goals for patients
Documenting and recording the patient's condition and progress.
Educating patients and their families in appropriate physical therapy methods
PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Requirements/
Qualifications:
Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for overseeing and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.

Pay: $79,000.00 - $93,600.00 per year
