Your main role is to treat patients, but as we are NOT a large, corporate CHAIN or MILL, we are the marketing team.
We do in-person events (e.
g.
, health fairs, workshops at gyms, having tents at local races, etc) to help spread the word about who we are, what we do, and how we can help people get out of pain and back to doing the things they love.
Marketing time is paid and can be used to supplement full-time hours, if needed.
But marketing IS a part of the job.
We think of it as allowing the community to get to know us! Our company is winners of Best of the Bay's Best Physical Therapy Practice 6 of the past 8 years.
We only provide 1-on-1 care from Doctors of Physical Therapy.
