Customer Service Representative

Job Description The Virtual Team Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and management of the Virtual team which includes Customer Service Rep Schedulers, Respiratory Therapists, and Specialty Equipment Techs.
The Supervisor will also ensure all standard operating procedures are followed and goals are met on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all email requests/inquiries are responded to within 72 business hours Proficiency in all systems necessary to complete the requests/inquiries Monitor team to ensure daily goals are met Monitor queue to ensure orders/ appointments are completed per SOP Answer questions from CSRs/RTs Maintain tracking/reporting as needed Build and maintain relationship with all applicable departments within the business Continue to work to improve and/or adjust processes and/or workflows to improve the overall application Qualifications Extensive Customer Service background Excellent time management Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask Must be able to type at least 40wmp, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel Must convey excellent communication and decision-making skills Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required 12 years of supervisory experience Physical Demands:
The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Customer Service Decision Making Microsoft Office Multitasking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
