The Head of Legal will be responsible for:
Minimizing external counsel and consultation by possessing an innate determination to solve complex legal problems inhouse.
Assisting with M&A activities Supporting commercial contracts matters such as supply agreements, master service agreements, distribution agreements, confidential and non-disclosure agreements, and clinical trial agreements.
Engaging and assisting with licensing opportunities, drafting, and reviewing term sheets, commercial agreements, and ability to represent management during commercial negotiations.
The Head of Legal should have the following
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor Life sciences or healthcare company in-house experience, or experience with advising life sciences or healthcare clients in private practice.
Three to five years development experience.
Clear communication skills and able to relay complex legal jargon to a variety of different people.
Recommended Skills Clinical Trials Communication Consulting Perseverance Sales Sciences Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
