Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service Compile and process all necessary paperwork Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of evolving products and services, serving as a liaison between our people and the resources Coordinate needs such as:
questions regarding setup, email, classes, etc.
Create awareness for office activities and engagement utilizing social media, email, and phone calls to inform guests of upcoming events and training Conduct orientations and teach in-house classes on various topics Manage online and printable training calendar Embody the Culture to create a positive and productive work environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Experience using G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.
) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Quick to pick up and understand new ideas and concepts Tech savvy - able to use and explain basic technology Natural problem solver; able to think critically and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Team player, willing to jump in and work on items outside of their job Organized with a strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines and goals Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
