We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives/Schedulers to work out of our corporate headquarters in Clearwater.

Responsibilities:
Manage both inbound and outbound phone calls positively and professionally Make outbound phone calls to schedule patient appointments Coordinate with Respiratory Therapist about schedules, patients, and any changes Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient information in customer accounts and software as deemed necessary Requirements:
Strong communication skills Carry out oral and written instructions Work both independently and as part of a team Time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment Exceptional interpersonal and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly Knowledge of scheduling and basic computer skills are preferred High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Job Type:
