- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance - Provide estimates for repairs and explain them to customers - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles - Process payments and handle cash transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service advisor role or similar position preferred - Knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping Note:
