(CFC) is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include providing on-site service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs of customers' low-voltage systems as well as assisting other tech trainees when needed.
Additional duties include preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports, maintaining work vehicle and tools when applicable, collaboration with team members, and ensuring a high level of customer service, satisfaction and communication.
