This role is primarily responsible for ensuring that balances are accurate and we are billing customers accurately.
The role will require managing and coordinating large projects related to cylinder disputes escalated by external Strategic Account customers and also internal customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Create reports related to customers with even exchange requirements and work with branches to make any necessary corrections Proactively review customers with no sales activity other than rent revenue, research and resolve if required Proactively identify opportunities for charging rent and redeploying cylinders (Lost Rent Revenue Report).
Work with National Account Managers on increasing revenue and/or reducing cost to serve Identify and communicate potential mode changes and revenue impact to internal stakeholders Reconcile and coordinate billing Loss of Use when required Create reports useful for senior management Act as a liaison between customers, branches, sales, special billing teams, and Customer Service / Collections Representatives Promote adoption of best practices in cylinder management that are in alignment with Strategic Account profitability goals COMPETENCIES:
Prefer 1 year related work experience in branch role, inventory management or support Experience with computer systems and related tools, including SAP, Business Warehouse, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google KITE Displays business acumen through strong communication and decision-making skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Self-starting, resourceful individual that is capable of working independently Capable of managing multiple projects under time constraints in a dynamic environment Ability to engage and work with all levels of the organization, including, but not limited to Senior Management, Sales leaders and Support staff PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
? Time Management and Organizational skills ? Solid verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a fast paced and evolving environment ? Displays professional etiquette and presence when dealing with others REQUIREMENTS:
? SAP Experience 1
years ? Competent and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite platform specifically Excel but also to include PowerPoint, G Suite (Google) experience also a plus The physical demands are minimal.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
