The Customer Experience Representative is the first point of contact for customers who are interested in placing an order, servicing existing orders, obtaining pricing information or have a question or an issue with their wireless product.
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

What You'll Do You will drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and pain points You will be responsible for successful onboarding of new customers Identify opportunities for customers to provide positive reviews for the client Collaborate closely with sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities Gather feedback from key customers with a view to improve service delivery.
Discover the identity, voice, and goal of each brand we represent Support customer acquisition strategies through lead generation and prospecting Establish rapport with customers that segues into product presentations Initiate the sales cycle by appealing to the individual preferences of each customer Collaborate with team members to maximize reach and engagement with customers Who You Are 4
