POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is mainly done by phone, email and through the internet.
The CCR position is also responsible for working with outside sales representatives to collectively grow business in their territory through sales on the phone, email and internet.

Essential Functions:
Process daily orders from phone calls, emails, website and other online sources in the Company's ERP system.
Work with outside sales representatives to prepare quotes to prospective and current customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customer base.
Process all documentation that is involved with a sale.
Generate any external documentation needed to be approved or signed by customer.
Advise customer of any changes needing to be made to an order.
Get written approval for any subsequent changes.
Work with Management team, when necessary, to elevate and resolve issues.
Provide daily support for manufacturing.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
Maintain a safe work environment.
All other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competencies:

Associate degree in related field or High School Diploma with customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience:
2-4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Computer Skills:
Advanced - Microsoft Excel, ERP experience preferred.
