We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant.
This is a rapidly changing, influential position covering multiple aspects of the business.
We have 100 staff globally, and are trying to build our team further.
The Role covers the following
Responsibilities:
Support the CEO on daily tasks for the business Cleaning his house and the office Preparing dinner some nights Running errands Ordering groceries Opening packages and sorting contents Processing returns Must be somewhat familiar with computers as there will be lots of random administrative office tasks Must love dogs as he will need occasional help feeding and walking them This job is generally 10a-6p Mon-Fri There will be occasional overtime where you will need to come in earlier, stay later, on the weekend, and it would be good if you were open to traveling though not a deal breaker.
This is a fast paced environment.
Looking for good someone with good attention to detail, good at anticipating needs and be flexible with plans changing/doing things on the fly.
This is a full time role.
This role is NOT remote.
Qualifications Required:

years as an assistant Experience working with Google Suites applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good experience and fast with computers, softwares and tech.
