The End-User Support Analyst is a mid-level IS position that is responsible for providing direct service and support to the users for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system.
This position works extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards.
Typical
Responsibilities:
Involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests.
Required to participate in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution.
Provides basic phone support and support of mobile devices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Certifications and Licensures None Required Education Required High School or Equivalent Preferred Associate's Related Field Preferred Bachelor's Computer Science Experience Required 5 years Computer Related Or 3 years Relevant experience with Associate's Specific Skills Required Computer skills appropriate to position Required Written and verbal communication skills Required Work independently Required Critical thinking skills Required Customer service skills Required Work with a team Required Organizational skills Required Administrative and clerical skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
