The Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist will be a primary resource to support our global sales and marketing initiatives to help execute and measure campaigns by utilizing and creating marketing systems and tools. Additionally, this position will assist with the technical development of marketing campaigns to drive acquisition of new customers, communicate with current customers and increase brand awareness.
The Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support marketing programs and assist in operating the company'ss email and other sales and marketing automation systems. Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience with a leading email or marketing automation tool, salesforce.com, data management, segmentation, reporting & analytics, campaign design, and campaign execution. The Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist will have strong project management skills and be skilled at translating business needs into technical execution. This position will play a critical role in helping to execute our global marketing campaigns, maintain an optimal integration between our CRM and marketing automation tools, and support all data integrity initiatives to optimize prospect and customer data for demand generation. We're looking for a proactive problem solver with a passion for both technology and marketing. The position is based at our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, FL.
In this role, you will:
Be instrumental in the setup and optimization of email and marketing automation software to drive lead generation, lead nurturing, targeted marketing programs, and reporting
Work closely with team members to implement and execute global campaigns
Manage list segmentation and develop segmentation strategies to increase engagement, to ultimately get the right message to the right person at the right time
Ensure a seamless hand-off of leads from marketing to sales, then collect and distill feedback from the sales team to guide current and future marketing initiatives
Improve data integrity including data cleansing, data alignment and provide process and work flow recommendations for areas of improvement
Proactively stay ahead of next generation of demand generation and marketing automation best practices, strategies, and industry standards
Provide analysis and recommendations regarding campaigns, marketing process improvement suggestions, and present analytical insights senior management and peers, which will help us all execute more effectively
Capture and disseminate marketing information, performance metrics, data, strategy/planning, and the status of initiatives
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Deploy emails and landing pages in support of marketing campaigns
Maintain the email marketing calendar and identify when we are over communicating with our database
Conduct A/B testing on emails and landing pages to continually optimize and improve performance
Monitor the library of web forms on the isc2.org website and test frequently to ensure they are operational and that the correct content is returned to the submitter
Analyze email program performance metrics
Key player in the selection and roll out of marketing automation technology to build new processes and refine customer database
Assist with developing reports and analytics from email, marketing automation, and salesforce.com to drive lead/demand generation activities
Develop the constant optimization and enhancement of templates, website & landing pages, email deliverability, A/B testing, lead scoring, subscription management, etc.
Develop and implement lead nurturing tactics for multiple campaign streams
Establish KPIs and ROI models for marketing programs and rigorously analyze results to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of all programs
Work with Marketing and Web Teams to provide a fluid web experience for demand generation processes on the websites
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization
Manage lead data from events and other sources
Work with marketing team to establish a plan for data hygiene
Support other lead-generation projects and assist other members of the marketing team as needed, including website initiatives, events and other projects
Responsible for enforcing campaign, email and landing page naming conventions
Stay current on email best practices and communicate learnings to the demand generation team
Maintain email and campaign management process documentation
Maintain email standards and policies including opt-in/out processes, subscription management, email size, HTML, format, etc.
Work collaboratively and communicate effectively cross teamsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
